I'm moving up out of here soon enough! I bad to come out of pocket to fix the plumbing on New Years day. Don't rent from these people I see why they have bad blood with people. They want the tenants to pay lot fee, water bill and trailer yet they don't take pride in the trailers. They dont want to take care of their properties they lost contracts with the garage companies. This place isn't worth it none of them are!!!! The rent was already $875. Then they have the nerve to go up an extra $100 for rent.
We complained to the office nothing was done about that either. When my porch was varnished 4 clowns broke my mom's patio table. Also we have been calling them back to back some dude said someone will be here between 2-4 nobody hasn't showed up. Now this made the second time the tubs, sinks toilets stops up.
Every time we take a shower the toilet stops up. Our plumbing had been a issue since we moved in. They are one of the worse people to rent from. My family moved in dogwood community owned by Timeout communities on 9-1-22.
